|Meet Christian Rodriguez, 2018 winter intern working in the audit department.
Christian is a current student at Michigan State University and will be graduating in 2019. Christian knew he wanted to go into accounting when he came to Michigan State and after researching career paths decided that public accounting was the right fit for him.
Christian chose Maner for his internship after researching local firms. Christian is very interested in Affordable Housing and felt that Maner had interesting clients.
Christian is originally from Los Angeles, California and came to Michigan to attend school at Michigan State. He is embracing the weather and has picked up hiking and sledding, both activities he enjoys doing with his girlfriend.
Christian also enjoys traveling and says the coolest place he has been is Central America where he visited Guatemala and El Salvador. When asked what he likes to do in his spare time, Christian stated “watch the Spartans beat U of M.”
