Matt currently serves as a senior consultant in the firm’s Business Solutions and Technology department, where he partners with clients to identify and implement accounting solutions to help improve their business operations.
Over the years, Matt has gained extensive experience working with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains), Microsoft SL (formerly Solomon), MAS90 and Real World. He maintains particular expertise with most facets of Dynamics GP, including payroll, inventory control, sales order processing, project accounting, human resources and interfaces with multiple custom programs. Matt is also certified in GP financials, project accounting and payroll/human resources.
Matt began his professional career in 1991. Collectively, he has spent 5 years in public accounting and 18 years in consulting.
Matt grew up in East Lansing and Grand Blanc, Michigan and currently resides in Haslett. He and his wife, Cheri, have one son. Outside the office, Matt’s interests include tennis, basketball and football. He also enjoys playing piano and reading.
