Brad Pung, CPA, Manager

Brad joined Maner Costerisan in 2019 and is a manager in the Audit department. He is responsible for performing assurance services for Maner’s small and midsize business clients, specializing in manufacturing and construction. Brad is also a part of the firm’s education team, where he serves as a team lead for eight of the firm’s school district clients. Brad also supports the firm’s growing advisory service practice and is a member of the Data Analytics team working with Caseware IDEA and PowerBI reporting software.

Drawn to public accounting because of how it presents new challenges each day, Brad loves that his work allows him to problem-solve and develop creative answers to issues. He enjoys the variety of work he’s able to do at Maner and is motivated to keep improving and growing.

Brad graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He was also the captain of the hockey team, which won the national championship in 2018. Brad lives in East Lansing, Michigan, with his wife, Paige, their child, and dog. In his free time, Brad enjoys golfing, hunting and hockey.

One phrase that I was told and has always stuck with me is to "lead where you are."

Everyone is always excited for that next step. Whether it is the next promotion, a new job title, a bigger house, etc., every great leader is a good follower. It's important to stay present and focus on where you are right now. Become a master at your current level, narrow your focus to right now, and the future will take care of itself.
