Jon Ringlein, CPA, Senior Manager

Jon joined Maner Costerisan in 2015 and serves as a senior manager in the firm’s Audit department, performing financial statement audits for a wide range of clients in the affordable housing, governmental and nonprofit industries.

Personable, upbeat and always willing to go the extra mile, Jon’s passion for his work is driven by his belief that tax, accounting and attest services are vital to society. That passion is expressed by his deep involvement in training and onboarding new Audit staff to the firm, welcoming and providing them with support as they begin their careers at Maner.

Jon enjoys the variety each day of working in accounting brings and appreciates the new things he learns working with people across various industries and roles. Developing close relationships with clients and providing services in his own way within the Maner model is what keeps him engaged and growing.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Minor in Information Technology. He is a resident of Okemos, Michigan, where he lives with his wife, Jessica, their two sons, Jayden and Grayson, and their four pets. In his free time, Jon enjoys spending time with friends and family, investing, fitness, and recently picked up golf.
