Connor Palsrok, CPA, Manager

Connor joined Maner Costerisan in 2026 as part of the Baker Holtz merger and is a manager in the Accounting and Outsourced Solutions department. He oversees and facilitates assurance and accounting solutions engagements for former Baker Holtz clients, collaborating with controllers, CFOs, and business owners to provide financial oversight, enhance reporting accuracy, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Connor primarily serves small and local for-profit businesses, particularly in the transportation, manufacturing, and service sectors. 

Connor brings five years of public accounting experience, along with two years of part-time accounting experience during college. Early in his career, he gained hands-on accounting experience working with local small businesses, which provided valuable insight into the operational and financial challenges business owners face day to day.  He enjoys helping clients solve problems in ways that create meaningful impact and values the strong relationships built within the local business community. 

Connor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Grand Valley State University. He lives in Jenison, Michigan, with his wife, Lilly, and their dog, Harvey. Outside of work, Connor enjoys golfing, working out, playing basketball, spending time with family, and visiting his family’s property on Lake Michigan in Manistee. 

My ultimate goal in life is to be the best person I can be for others and for myself, while contributing to my local community through service and integrity.
