Jessica Fleet, CPA, CHFP, Principal
Jessica joined Maner Costerisan in 2014 and is a principal in the Accounting and Outsourced Solutions department. In her role, she consults and provides accounting support to clients in a variety of industries. Jessica leads the firm’s healthcare specialty and has played an essential role in helping the firm support clients impacted by the pandemic, serving as a subject matter expert on Maner’s COVID-19 Response team. In this capacity, she provided expert guidance on massive congressional legislation aimed to help businesses across the country. Jessica became the firm’s resident go-to on Paycheck Protection Program details and compliance.
A member of Maner’s Career Development committee, Jessica is active in helping Maner continue to be a great place to work. Her passion for her clients, combined with her drive to learn and make those around her better, have helped her earn a reputation as a smart, reliable and effective business advisor.
Jessica’s positive attitude and knack for raising her hand to help – no matter how challenging the problem – have made her a tremendous resource for staff and clients alike. She credits her success at Maner to recognizing her strengths and weaknesses and not being afraid to ask for help when she needs it. This has helped her continue to learn and strengthen her skills.
A graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, Jessica was originally a nursing major in college. She decided to switch her major due to her love of numbers. Her passion for healthcare and deep expertise in accounting has combined to make her an effective and innovative leader of Maner’s growing Healthcare team.
Jessica enjoys running, reading and listening to true-crime podcasts. Jessica lives in Dewitt with her two children, Adalyn and Daxton.
