Zack Skrzyniarz, CPA, Principal
Zack is a principal in the Audit department, overseeing Maner Costerisan’s Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) team. With more than 13 years of experience, he specializes in providing audit, accounting, tax, and consulting support to EBP clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and long-term visions. Additionally, he leads the team’s strategic planning efforts, focusing on enhancing capabilities to better serve EBP clients. Zack is well versed in conducting audits of 401(k)s, defined benefit plans, health and welfare plans and 403(b) plans.
Driven by a passion for helping clients solve their problems – no matter how complex they may be – Zack enjoys continuously learning and enhancing his skillsets and those of his team. Seeing clients achieve success and knowing he was a part of helping them get there is what motivates him to be better each day.
Determined, friendly and approachable, one of the favorite parts about Zack’s job is the opportunity to meet new people and learn about their companies and unique needs. He’s able to take something from every client he works with and use insights from previous experiences to improve.
A resident of Dewitt, Michigan, Zack’s loves spending time with his wife, Beka and their three boys, Logan, Parker, and Miles. In his free time, he also enjoys golfing, watching movies and TV shows (particularly the Superhero genre) and listening to and discovering new music.

With more than 15 years of experience, he specializes in providing audit, accounting, tax, and consulting support to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and long-term visions. Additionally, he leads the collective teams’ strategic planning efforts, focusing on enhancing capabilities to better serve EBP and telecom clients across the Great Lakes region.
Driven by a passion for helping clients solve their problems – no matter how complex they may be – Zack enjoys continuously learning and enhancing his skill sets and those of his team.
