“Listening is a critical skill that greatly contributes to the success of our firms’ clients. I always try to listen before I speak, whether it’s at the beginning of a client relationship or during a simple follow-up phone call. This ensures that I have all the information to properly assess the client’s situation and needs, which allows me to provide practical, common sense solutions.”
