Ryan Babiak, CPA, Manager

Ryan joined Maner Costerisan in 2025 and is a manager in the Audit department. At Maner, Ryan works closely with nonprofit clients and serves as a regular presenter of Maner’s nonprofit webinars, sharing his knowledge with clients and others throughout the industry.

Ryan has over 10 years of experience in public accounting, focusing primarily on nonprofits and healthcare. Ryan has grown a passion for working with nonprofits and taking what he has learned to help grow and develop strong internal controls for organizations.  He enjoys being able to use his audit talent to help their mission and see the positive impacts they have on the community.

Ryan graduated from Aquinas College with a bachelor’s in professional accountancy. He lives in Caledonia, Michigan, with his wife, Katie, and their son. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with family, golfing and watching sports.

I strive to leave every environment better than I found it. Recognizing that our careers are finite, my goal is to strengthen both my firm and our clients in ways that ensure their success long after I’m gone.
