Heidi Flowers, Manager

Heidi joined Maner Costerisan in 2025 and serves as a manager in the Accounting & Outsourced Solutions department. Since joining the firm, she has supported a nonprofit educational institution and various small to mid-sized businesses. Heidi collaborates closely with clients to deliver accounting support and meaningful financial insights, spending considerable time on-site to build strong relationships and gain a deeper understanding of each client’s operations.

Heidi brings 10 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Her background spans tax and audit work in public accounting, as well as accounting roles in transportation, equipment, wholesale distribution, and law firm consulting. Heidi is passionate about continuous learning, collaboration, and mentorship. She values sharing knowledge, supporting professional growth, and helping clients improve processes through cleaner financial data and actionable insights.

Heidi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Radford University. She is the proud mother of four adult children and grandmother to three. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys long road trips to visit family, hiking, camping, running, spending time at the beach, and watching soccer.
