Ryan Holtz, CPA, CGMA, Principal

Ryan joined Maner Costerisan as principal in 2026 following the firm’s merger with Baker Holtz, where he spent 26 years building and leading the practice. At Maner, he focuses his 30 years of experience on managing long-standing client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and fully integrating Baker Holtz clients and services into the Maner platform. His work centers on strategic planning, succession planning, and exit strategies, with an emphasis on solving complex client challenges and strengthening the firm’s professional team.

Prior to joining Maner, Ryan played a key leadership role in the growth of Baker Holtz, overseeing firm management and long-term strategic direction. He is particularly passionate about the accounting and finance aspects of the profession and takes pride in developing people and processes that help clients and colleagues succeed. Known for his competitive drive and high standards, he believes the profession is fundamentally about service-helping clients, mentoring staff, and raising the level of everyone involved. He is proud of the culture built at Baker Holtz and is excited to see it continue to thrive as part of Maner Costerisan, with a focus on growing the West Michigan market.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adrian College. He resides in Rockford with his wife, Trudy, whom he has been married to for 27 years. They have two daughters, Payton and Cassidy, who both attend Liberty University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

I am proud of how we grew Baker Holtz and adopted a culture that exemplifies what this industry should be and am excited to see that excel under Maner. My ultimate goal in life is to watch my family grow in their lives and see them achieve their goals as children of God and know that it is pleasing to Him.
