Our Team

Katie Jager, Manager

Katie joined Maner Costerisan in 2026 and is as a manager in the Accounting and Outsourced Solutions department. She provides outsourced accounting services to school districts, specializing in assisting organizations experiencing financial distress or those needing support with business office operations.  

Katie brings 27 years of experience in public education, including responsibilities in human resources, accounts payable, operations, food service oversight, pupil accounting, and payroll. Prior to joining Maner, she served for 12 years as Director of Finance and Operations/Chief Financial Officer for a local public school.  Known for her hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset, Katie enjoys learning how school districts operate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping teams navigate complex financial and operational challenges. 

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Davenport University. She is a member of Michigan School Business Officials (MSBO) and holds a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Certification through MSBO. She was recognized with the Allegan County School Board Association (ACSBA) Outstanding People for Education Award. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling and spending time with her children.
