Tanya Laprade, CNAP, Manager

Tanya joined Maner Costerisan in 2026 and is a manager in the Accounting & Outsourced Solutions department. In her role, she manages outsourced accounting engagements for nonprofit clients, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit and tax preparation. Tanya works closely with clients to build strong partnerships while improving processes and delivering clear, reliable financial information. 

Tanya has over five years of experience in accounting, with specialized expertise in public-sector accounting and grant management. Her background includes supervising staff and managing daily operational functions. She is motivated by work that supports communities and public initiatives and is committed to ongoing professional development, growth, and continuous improvement.  

Tanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ferris State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Grand Valley State University. She resides in Traverse City, Michigan, with her two daughters and their cat, Luna. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys teaching group fitness classes, as well as knitting, crafting, baking, and spending time with her family.
