Jim Noordyke, IT Director

Jim joined Maner Costerisan in 2025 and serves as the IT Director in the Operations department. He oversees all internal IT operations, including the helpdesk, corporate networking, and software applications. Jim also leads the firm’s IT Strategy group, helping to shape the technology blueprint that supports Maner’s operations and long-term goals. 

With 38 years of experience in information technology, he began his career as a software developer before spending 15 years designing, developing, and managing ERP systems, including building a corporate data warehouse. More recently, he has focused on the operational side of IT. Jim sees himself as a problem solver, dedicated to helping users and teams improve their processes through practical technology solutions. His passion for technology began with a fascination with computers and a desire to create solutions to everyday challenges. 

Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University. He and his wife, Tanya, grew up in Grand Rapids and raised their family there before settling in Rockford, Michigan. Outside of work, Jim enjoys golfing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
