Our Team

Debi Staskus, CPA, Manager

Debi is a manager in Maner Costerisan’s Accounting and Outsourced Solutions department. She joined the team in 2022 and brings over 25 years of industry experience to the firm. Debi is responsible for providing expert accounting support to the firm’s small and midsize business clients.

Prior to Maner, Debi spent 15 years working as a manufacturing controller. She learned the industry from the ground level, starting her career in Accounts Payable and working her way up to where she is today, consulting and supporting clients with their unique accounting needs.

Debi is passionate about listening to her client’s problems and solving them. A believer in paying it forward, she enjoys passing her knowledge to others in the firm.  Debi decided to become an accountant in ninth grade and has been committed to the industry ever since.

Debi is an Army veteran and comes from a family full of veterans. She attended Lansing Community College and Franklin University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in business administration. A third-generation farmer, she owns an 85-acre farm. In her free time, Debi enjoys volunteering for veterans and their families, farming, hunting, camping, fishing and caring for her farm animals.
