Kristen Terpstra, Business Development Manager

Kristen joined Maner Costersian in 2026 and is a business development manager. In her role, she focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships within the business community, developing new client opportunities, and serving as a connector between organizations and the firm’s service teams. Kristen is passionate about helping clients find meaningful resources and solutions that support both their professional and personal goals. 

Kristen brings more than 20 years of business development experience, with a background in the technology and software industry, managing client relationships, and cultivating new business opportunities. She values the opportunity to understand the story behind an organization’s financials and to help clients connect with insights that support confident decision-making and long-term success. Kristen believes adaptability is essential for growth and enjoys learning through new experiences and challenges. 

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. She lives in Jenison, Michigan, with her husband, Curt, and their twins, Ethan and Aubrey. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys attending her children’s activities, glamping near Lake Michigan, traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
