Tim Bograkos, Director of Business Development

Tim joined Maner Costerisan in 2019 and now serves as the firm’s Director of Business Development. He’s responsible for overseeing Maner’s sales and business development (BD) strategy and increasing firm revenue.

An expert at identifying profitable business opportunities that support Maner and its clients, Tim works with senior leaders to develop and execute targeted growth strategies that support the firm’s overall strategic growth plan. In addition, he directs the firm’s BD division and collaborates with team members from across the firm, helping them determine focus areas and strategies to reach their goals.

Prior to joining Maner, Tim worked for Michigan State University’s Alumni Association, overseeing the Rocky Mountain region and leading efforts to re-engage and develop relationships with alumni. He also worked at a venture capital fund, evaluating potential new investment opportunities and providing operational assistance to the companies they invested in.

Tim is skilled at building and fostering strong relationships and is always willing to lend a hand. His creative ideas and deep connections have propelled the firm to develop new partnerships in the community and with client-focused associations throughout the state.

Tim lives in Okemos, Michigan, with his wife, Jessica, and two kids, Tyler and Olivia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, going to the lake, and exercising.
