Ailie Weaver, Manager

Ailie joined Maner Costerisan in 2019 and is a manager in the firm’s Audit department. She came to Maner when the firm merged with Stevens, Kirinovic, & Tucker P.C. (SKT). Ailie specializes in performing and overseeing audits of the firm’s government and nonprofit clients. She is also currently studying for the AICPA’s Not-for-Profit Certificate II.

Inspired by her accounting professors at Hope College, Ailie decided to pursue a career in public accounting. She loves the clients she works with and values the relationships she’s formed over the last 14 years. Ailie is passionate about striving to provide the best service to her clients while still having the ability to keep a work-life balance.

Ailie graduated from Hope College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She lives in Lansing, Michigan, with her rescue dog, Ranger. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake, watching movies and spending time with her boyfriend and his three sons. In addition, she teaches a dance class at The Hive in Grand Ledge, Michigan.

The best piece of advice anyone has ever given me is that it costs nothing to be kind, which is how I try and live my life every day – treating everyone with kindness and respect.
