Our Team

Nick West, CPA, Manager

Nick joined Maner Costerisan in 2017 and is a manager in the Audit department.  He provides audit services to the firm’s small and midsize business, school district and nonprofit clients. A member of the firm’s manufacturing team, Nick also writes thought leadership content intended to inform clients about important audit-related news impacting them. A former two-time intern at Maner, Nick is invested in growing and developing staff as he’s an active member of the firm’s Career Development Committee.

Nick knew early on that accounting was the right career path for him; he loved numbers and excelled in his accounting classes. He enjoys the variety of clients throughout the state that he has the opportunity to serve, as well as the relationships he has built with his colleagues at Maner – they’re what keep him motivated to grow professionally.

Nick graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting. He also holds an advanced single audit certification from AICPA. Nick lives in Lansing, Michigan, with his wife, Hailee, and their two dogs, Sapphire and Onyx. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading, and playing and watching sports, particularly football and basketball.
