Where Did Microsoft CustomerSource Go?
To create a better and more unified experience for Dynamics GP customers, Microsoft recently announced that they will be retiring their CustomerSource website. It’s happening quickly – as of February 15, 2021, and Dynamics customers will have a new website experience.
CustomerSource content has moved to the Microsoft Docs platform. Relevant, up-to-date content, and product downloads have been added to docs.microsoft.com and are organized by product line.
Users can view Microsoft Dynamics solutions landing pages to reach their customer account and other customer resources.
To view service plan information, visit the Service Plans page on Microsoft docs.
Learning documentation and materials can be found through Microsoft Learn.
There will be no changes to:
- Creating cases for technical support through Services Hub.
- Features and functionality within Customer Business Center
