Maner Costerisan Recognized as One of West Michigan’s Best Places to Work
Crain’s Grand Rapids Business honors firm’s people-first culture
As employers continue competing for top talent, workplace culture has become a defining advantage. Maner Costerisan, a full-service public accounting and business consulting firm, is standing out by investing in its people, earning a place on the 2026 Best Places to Work in West Michigan list published by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business.
The annual program recognizes West Michigan employers that distinguish themselves through strong workplace cultures and high levels of employee engagement. The selection is based in part on employee feedback, making the honor a direct reflection of team members’ experiences.
The recognition is Maner Costerisan’s second major workplace honor in West Michigan this year. The firm also was named a 2026 West Michigan Best and Brightest Company to Work For, continuing an 18-year recognition streak established by Baker Holtz before its January 2026 merger with Maner Costerisan.
Together, the honors demonstrate Maner Costerisan’s continued investment in attracting, developing and retaining talented professionals through career development, collaboration, flexibility and employee well-being. They also affirm the strength of the firm’s culture as it expands its presence and capabilities in West Michigan.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects how our team members experience our culture,” said Trey Williams, CPA, president of Maner Costerisan. “As we continue to grow in West Michigan, we remain committed to creating an environment where talented professionals feel valued, have opportunities to advance and can make a meaningful difference for our clients and communities.”
