Cynthia joined Maner Costerisan in 2014. Her responsibilities are to provide controllership and CFO consultant services, which include: review and analysis of financial statements, internal controls, accounting processes and procedures. Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia spent 24 years as Deputy Regional Executive Officer with the American Red Cross.
Self-described as passionate about her commitments, Cynthia is seen by others as generous with her time and able to handle many competing interests, all while making everyone feel important. She was inspired to pursue a career in accounting by her enjoyment for creating financial reports that assist business owners and executives in making critical decisions about the future of their organization.
Her favorite quote is from Maya Angelou: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Cynthia currently resides in Eaton Rapids, Michigan, where she was born and raised. She considers herself blessed to live in “The Only Eaton Rapids on Earth.” In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking and canoeing.
